I offer 8 week personal programs to a limited number of clients at any one time to ensure you have my full attention. We’ll have an initial catch up of around 90 mins where we’ll talk about where you’re at now, and more importantly where you want to be in 8 weeks. From here we’ll create your personalised meal and exercise program to kick off with. You’ll be keeping a food and exercise diary and sending me these each week so we can track your progress and adjust your program as necessary. We’ll also have a weekly catch up by Phone, Skype or Facetime to discuss your progress, program adjustments – and keep you motivated and moving forward.
The 8 Week 1-on-1 Program is priced at only $600, and you have me as your coach and mentor every step of the way with 24/7 email access, weekly catch up sessions, and program adjustments as necessary for the whole 8 weeks.
