Infused waters, flavoured waters or spa water is one of the things you could do to add jazz to your water. This is also best thing to replace those “energy” drinks, soft drinks and juices in your life because drinking this delicious water can only do your body good.

Try out this Orange & Blueberry infused water from The Peach Kitchen

  • 6 cups water
  • 1/2 an orange, mandarin or other citrus fruit, peeled & cut into wedges
  • a handful of blueberries
  • ice (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jug and put in the fridge for overnight to allow the water to infuse.
  2. You can also squeeze in the juice of one mandarin or orange and muddle the blueberries to intensify flavour a bit.
  3. Serve cold.
