Fruit & Herb infused waters, flavoured waters or spa water is one of the things you could do to add jazz to your water. This is also best thing to replace those “energy” drinks, soft drinks and juices in your life because drinking this delicious water can only do your body good.

Try out this little number from Natasha’s Kitchen

Ingredients

  • 4-6 strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • ½ lemon OR lime, sliced
  • Small handful of basil, scrunched
  • Ice and cold filtered water
Instructions
  1. Fill your jug to the top with ice and fruit. Slightly scrunch up the basil so it releases it’s flavor. Cover with cold filtered water. This water is best if you let the water infuse at least 1 hour.
  2. Let chill for an hour, and then enjoy!
