Over half a lifetime I have developed by own thoughts, beliefs and practices around what it means to me to be the HEALthiest, WELLthiest and HAPPYiest person I know. Perhaps you can relate to some of these!


Diet(ing) & Nutrition – I believe in eating to FUEL and SUPPORT my body and mind, as well as nourish my soul. I believe in making mindful/conscious choices when it comes to food, and I believe that food is there to be enjoyed…but everything in moderation. I’m not a nutritionist or dietician, but I have spent over half my life studying healthy, nutritious eating and that’s what I promote.

I believe it’s important for people to understand more about the food they put in their mouths, so I’m all about sharing that knowledge with others – what are carbs, what are proteins, what’s the difference between good fats and bad fats, low GI and high GI foods! For me, diet and nutrition is all about education, awareness and eating well to fuel and support my body.

Physical Exercise & Fitness – I want to FEEL as good on the inside as I LOOK on the outside – but I also want to ENJOY whatever physical activity I do. I could go to the gym for the sake of working out, but if I feel intimated or uncomfortable setting foot in a gym, then I not going to walk out of there feeling good – and I definitely won’t go back the next day. That’s the problem: People feel obligated to go to the gym, or worse – they feel there’s no other alternative!

I am often asked by people what is the best way to get fit and my answer is simple…do whatever the hell it is that you ENJOY doing, that makes you HAPPY, and INSPIRES you to keep it up! That might be going to the gym, but it might also be surfing, paddle boarding, yoga, hiking, ballet, playing a team sport, tennis, skiing, dancing – or my case pole dancing and aerial yoga. In short…“Whatever is good for the Soul! DO THAT!” Just get MOVING!

Self Care & Soul Growth – One of THE most important lessons I have learned throughout my life is this, “Put your own Oxygen Mask on before trying to assist others,” or to put it another way, “You can’t serve from an empty vessel.”

When our own tanks are running on fumes (or empty) we have nothing left to offer others, so it makes sense to make our own Self-Care and Soul GROWth a priority. We have to be kind to ourselves! Not just to our body, but to our mind and soul also. I practice self-care daily, as well as making a conscious effort in the areas of Personal and Soul Growth. “Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching.”

Bringing Sexy Back 

When we FEEL good on the inside, it SHOWS on the outside, and oozes out of our body in the form of self-confidence – and you know what? CONFIDENCE IS ONE OF THE SEXIEST ASSETS YOU CAN HAVE! I’m not talking about totally self-absorbed “take another selfie” kind of confidence here. I’m talking about that “glowing skin, sparkle in your eye, feel amazing, and it shows” kind of confidence.

I believe that deep down inside we ALL want to feel confident, look and feel our best, and feel just a little bit sexy in our own skin – no matter whether we’re female or male, or what age or stage of life we might be at…and that it is our birthright to do so!
