FREE SPIRIT CLASSES
Classes are 45-50 mins in duration, and start with a general Warm Up, followed by the core class, and wrapping up with a heavenly Stretch+Flex / Cool Down.
YOGA + BARRE FUSION – this Yoga infused Barre|Pilates workout is like no other! Designed to work your entire body, sculpting longer, leaner muscles, it combines strength, conditioning + cardio into one “workout”, so you’re burning fat and building muscle at the same time. STRETCH + FLOW – Stretching is important at every age and stage of life – not just for flexibility and range of motion but also injury prevention, calming the mind and reducing stress.
This heavenly class is slow and gentle, and designed to do all of this and more….. Move your Body, Calm your Mind and Find your Flow is the motto of this class, with a fusion of traditional stretching and Yin and Kundalini inspired yoga stretches to maximise the benefits you receive.
MINDFULNESS + MEDITATION WORKSHOPS – are a unique Mind/Body experience…. in the this mind-clearing, relaxation and meditation session! Unwind, unplug and recharge as you forget the world and move through some gentle flow sequences (Moving Meditation) and finish up with ultimate relaxation experience – Serenity Meditation.
