Back in 2010/11 at the age of 48, I had (somehow) put on a bit of weight – an extra 20kg to be exact. Yes, that’s me on the left. I looked and felt like an Oompa Loompa and was the moodiest cow you’ve ever met! 😦 I had fallen victim to Stress and Hormone related weight gain.
