How I Train

My love affair with fitness and living a healthier lifestyle began in late 2004 at the age of 41, when I discovered Pole Dancing – it just intrigued me!

It didn’t take long before my love affair with Defying GRAVITY – and AGE, and LIMITATIONS lead me to other fitness styles including Aerial Yoga, Barre/Pilates, Suspension training, Functional fitness and of course any form of Dance/Fitness!

Over the years, I developed my own “cross training” personal training program using a mix of all these styles to ensure my body is getting EVERYthing it needs – strength and resistance training, balance, core conditioning, cardio, bodyweight training, stretching and flexibility, and mobility.

This same style of training is what I bring to my private clients along with nutritional guidance, motivation, inspiration – and a few (lots of) laughs along the way…coz training needs to be FUN as well EFFECTIVE – right?

My goal is to design a fitness program that makes YOU feel good and to help you adapt that program to fit your needs for the rest of your life, so you are fit for LIFE!
