In just 20 MINUTES a day, you’ll work your entire body to develop the healthy, strong, toned and sexy physique of a dancer with better muscle definition and a strong and stable core. You will also improve balance, flexibility, agility and posture, reduce pain, prevent injury and increase bone density.
