Online Pole Lessons

Whether you’re a Pole Virgin or a confirmed Pole Junkie, I offer online pole lessons for those who wish to learn/train at home from Beginners through to Advanced levels.

Unlike most of the Apps available, I offer comprehensive, fully instructional and progressive Pole Dance lessons, and all you need is a dance pole, an internet connection and the desire.

Lessons are structured as 6 Week Courses which are delivered to your email inbox each week. You can login to your lessons anywhere/anytime, and each class consists of –

  • Warm up,
  • Pole tricks and transitions,
  • Revision of previous moves
  • Cool down, AND….
  • Homework – ie practice that I’m going to ask you to do in between lessons.

Lessons are 100% online with lifetime access to all your lessons, and are perfect for anyone who can’t get to a pole studio or might be feeling a bit shy, wishes to fit some extra pole time into their week, or explore a different style/experience outside of their regular classes, and build more strength, flexibility and technique.

INTRO TO POLE

In this FREE 1-Off Lesson, you’ll learn a little more about Pole Dance – what to expect, how it changes your body, things you need to know before you get started, buying a dance pole, a little “pole science”, healthy nutrition to support your body, and more…

How Pole Dance Changes Your Body


POLE FUN-DAMENTALS

This is my Beginners level course where we cover all the – well – FUNdamentals. You’ll learn around 20 simple moves and spins, how to drive your spins, and incorporate some of the “pole science” we covered in our Intro. You’ll also start building your core and upper body strength, and all this in a safe and progressive format.

INTERMEDIATE 1

In this next stage of your pole journey, we’re going to turn your fitness upside down! We’ll build on what you’ve already learnt and continue to build your body strength. We’ll  start working on transitions and linking the moves you’ve already learnt into combo’s, and of course there’s some more challenging moves to conquer – like the invert (going upside down)! YES, REALLY!

INTERMEDIATE 2 – 

Now that you’re getting stronger and fitter, and you’ve mastered the Invert, you’ll be spending a little more time upside down, wrapping your brain around even more pole science, and I have some awesome new tricks and spins up my sleeve for you. LOOK MUM – NO HANDS!

ADVANCED 1

About now you’re probably feeling the addiction! You are officially a “POLE JUNKIE”, and just can’t get enough of those inverted moves and poses. Don’t worry – I get it! 😉 We’re going to slow things down a little here as the moves ahead are more technically challenging that require more strength and flexibility, and may take just a little longer to master than your previous moves. That’s OK – take your time, because you are about to DEFY GRAVITY!

ADVANCED 2

You’ve come a long way since those early moves and spins, and I know how proud you are of your achievements. But we’re not done quite yet! Advanced 2 offers some crazy impressive tricks and transitions and I’m going to challenge you to create your first routine….with a little help from me of course!
