Private Training Sessions

Want to amp up your fitness and health goals a little quicker? Or maybe making it to a class isn’t working for you and you’d prefer a more 1:1 Client Experience?

In addition to our small group classes, I also offer Private Training sessions – either 1:1 or share with your partner or a friend in a Semi-Private training session.

These 40-45 minute sessions can be either in studio (at the Valentine Scout Hall), in your home (if you’re not too far away) OR virtually (on Zoom).

I also offer FREE Fitness & Health Assessment before our first session so I know where you’re at, what your goals are and can start putting together a program before our first training session together.

As a Holistic Health, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, we can also add Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching into the mix if this is something you need or interests you. Just let me know!
