I understand the challenges we face every day – with our health, hormones and stress – and trying to create and follow through with the healthy lifestyle changes that will bring real and lasting results. We’re all busy people, and with so many business and personal responsibilities already competing for our attention, it seems impossible to keep healthy nutrition, exercise and self-care on our daily “to-do” list!
Over the years I have personally invested thousands and thousands of hard earned dollars into various courses and sessions with the so-called “Guru’s” so I know what I’m talking about! A few have offered SOME useful information, but sadly MOST missed the mark, just added to the overwhelm, or their “cookie-cutter” approach just didn’t fit with my needs or lifestyle.
I’ve been through it myself (you can read my story here), and I understand how difficult it is as a busy wife, mother and business owner to fit it ALL in – and that is precisely why I am different to most other “one-size-fits-all” style health/fitness coaches.

Science has proven that these methods don’t work. You’ve probably tried things like that in the past, and probably already worked out that they simply don’t work in the long run. There are NO quick fixes!
No two people are the same! No two bodies are the same! So it’s not enough to offer one-size-fits-all solutions, and it’s not enough just to TELL you what you need to do. You need someone who will take you by the hand and walk you through the whole process. Show you the HOW TO’s, and work along side you every step of the way! You need someone who provides customised solutions and personalised support – not a generic, one-size-fits-all model.
Instead of the all-or-nothing dieting approach, I use a sustainable science-based, yet holistic approach – a NON-DIET Approach (NDA), together with both Intermittent and Intuitive Eating, and Nutrition Psychology, to help you build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time, and which provide excellent long-term outcomes by encouraging us to return to being in-tune with our bodies, and to see food as nourishment for the mind, body and soul.
